Representing a novel and custom approach to Sustainable design and construction, the new Saudi Electricity Company Headquarters is intended to become a groundbreaking landmark in the evolution of Riyadh’s Architectural story. Omrania & Associates has developed a strategy that addresses the priorities and long term challenges that the Saudi Electrical Company as sole providers of energy for the Kingdom faces.

The SEC Headquarters Lighting design is a unique challenge. It requires a balance between interior lighting to ensure safety and comfort, facade lighting for accenting its architectural aspects, hardscape lighting for better visibility of the pathways and landscape lighting to highlight the greens of the complex. All these factors have to be taken into consideration while designing the best-suited illumination for the company’s headquarters complex.

The goal is to create an inviting atmosphere for visitors, customers, and employees alike with efficient yet eye-catching outdoor and indoor lighting at its headquarters complex. By leveraging advanced technologies such as LED lights and automated controllability systems, we can make sure that only the necessary amount of energy is used each night while also creating pleasant visual experiences throughout the campus premises.
